Group Standard Room Rates
The following group room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%), a 14% Hotel Service Fee, and a mandatory $5.00 per person one-time bellman gratuity. Rates may be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates subject to availablity of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

Lodging Discount Deadline - November 5, 2012 (5:00 PM Atlantic Time)
After November 5, 2012, it is at the hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
Guest Deposits / Room Cancellations
A deposit equal to one (1) night room and tax will be charged at the time a guest makes a room reservation, and upon check-in, will be applied towards the guest's bill. Deposits paid by guests are refundable if notice is received by the Hotel at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Early Departure Fees
An early departure fee of $75.00 will apply if an attendee checks-out prior to the confirmed checkout date .

From East
- Drive west on PR-26/Expreso Roman Baldorioty de Castro towards San Juan.
- Bear slight right onto PR-25, then exit onto Interstate PR-1 Southeast/Avenida Juan Ponce De León.
- Follow PR-1 onto PR-35 South/Avenida Fernandez Juncos. Veer right again onto Calle Villa Verde.
- Turn Right onto Boulevard St. Thomas (Convention Boulevard). The hotel will be on your right.
From Luís Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU)
- Follow signs to San Juan.
- Take the ramp toward San Juan/Isla Verde/PR-26 and PR-187.
- Merge onto PR-26 Oeste/Expreso Roman Baldorioty de Castro, toward San Juan. Follow onto PR-25 North.
- Exit onto Interstate PR-1 Southeast/Avenida Juan Ponce De León.
- Bearing right, exit onto Avenida Manuel Fernandez Juncos. Veer right again onto Calle Villa Verde.
- Turn Right onto Boulevard St. Thomas (Convention Boulevard). The hotel will be on your right.

- Drive on Interstate PR-22 east and north.
- Exit onto PR-25/Avenida Juan Ponce de Leon.
- Turn left onto PR-2, and then right onto Avenida Fernandez Juncos.

- Turn right onto Boulevard St. Thomas (Convention Boulevard). The hotel will be on your right.
From South
- Follow Expreso Las Americas 18 to Interstate PR-22 toward points north.
- Exit left on C-1 to San Juan.
- Exit onto PR-25/Avenida Juan Ponce de Leon.
- Turn left onto PR-2, and then right onto Avenida Fernandez Juncos.
- Proceed to Calle Villa Verde and turn left.
- Turn right onto Boulevard St. Thomas (Convention Boulevard). The hotel will be on your right.
Ground Transportation
The Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino is only a short drive from the San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Follow signs in either airport for ground transportation and taxi service. There are two types of taxis in the San Juan Airport district; Touristic cabs and regular cabs. In general, touristic cabs charge by the zone and number of bags. Regular cabs are metered.
Getting Around By Car
A wide range of rental car companies are available at the airport. Additionally, Avis Car Rental is located conveniently on property in the parking garage.
