Group Standard Room Rates
The following group room rates are applicable three (3) days prior to and after the official program dates and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% plus $2.50 per room per night) in effect at the time of check in.

Cancellations may be made up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of each room night not utilized plus any applicable taxes.

PARKING
Valet parking service is available on a first come first serve basis (spaces are limited). Vehicles are secured in a covered garage adjacent to the hotel. Attendees are responsible for any parking fees incurred as a result of this conference.
