Exhibitors
Exhibits provide an opportunity to:
- Meet and network with your colleagues and RCMI program faculty, staff, and students
- Strengthen relationships between programs and institutions
- Keep up to date with your colleagues' research
- Showcase your range of experiences, insights, and collaborative opportunities
- Launch new partnerships and collaborative ideas and products
- Recruit faculty and students to your institution and programs
To ensure a valuable and quality exhibition, the program planning committee reserves the right to accept or reject, in its sole and absolute discretion, an application to exhibit, and to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor for inclusion in the Symposium. Applications to exhibit will be accepted or rejected based on availability of exhibit space and the proposed exhibitor's products and/or services. Acceptance of an application to exhibit will not provide endorsement of the products or services of the exhibitor by the Symposium as a whole, any participating or attending university, institution, or other entity involved.
Assignment of space will be on a first-come, first-served basis and at the sole discretion of the program planning committee.

As an alternative or in addition to exhibit space, we are providing an opportunity for institutions to share upcoming educational events, career opportunities, and the like. Commercial product endorsements and promotional activities are prohibited. All ads must be reviewed for appropriateness and will be accepted accordingly.
